100µg of monoclonal antibody reactive against complex V IF1 subunit. The antibody shows in Western blotting of whole mitochondria shows reactivity with two bands at 10 kDa and at 18 kDa, but in isolated F1F0 only the band at 10 kDa is observed (IF1). The 18 kDa band is the subunit IV of Complex IV. Human heart mitochondria are also included as a Western blotting control.
