Playbooks
Playbooks provide a summary of the complete range of tools offered by MitoSciences for either 1) solving the most common problems in popular research areas, or, 2) measuring various parameters of individual important enzymes. Playbooks are currently available for problems in Apoptosis, Mitochondrial Toxicity, and Mitochondrial Biogenesis, and for the enzymes PDH, Complex IV and Frataxin. |

Application Notes are case studies describing the use of one of MitoSciences' assay platforms for a specific research goal. Currently available Application Notes describe the use of In-Cell ELISA technology for hypoxia and apoptosis research, and Sandwich ELISA technology for analyzing the OXPHOS complexes. |

Assay Protocols
Assay Protocols provide detailed instructions for performing experiments using MitoSciences' products in commonly performed techniques such as Western blotting and immunocytochemistry. Assay Protocols are also provided for performing more specialized analyses, such as measuring the phosphorylation of PDH. Also included in our library of protocols is a useful Sample Preparation Guide which provides detailed suggestions specific to the enzymes our products measure. |
