Brief Description & Uses

100 g of monoclonal antibody reactive against both the PDH E2 and E3 binding protein subunits. Preliminary data suggest that this antibody recognizes bound lipoic acid. MSP06 also labels E2 & E3bp in immunocytochemical applications. Isolated mitochondria are available from several species for use as control samples. Immunogen: Porcine PDH
Concentration: 1 mg/ml in Dulbecco’s Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS) with 0.02% azide as a preservative.
Purity: Near homogeneity as judged by SDS-PAGE. The antibodies were produced in vitro using hybridomas grown in serum-free medium, and then purified by biochemical fractionation.
Suggested Working Concentration: 1 g/ml for Western blotting, 1 g/ml for Immunocytochemistry
