Brief Description & Uses

100 ug of monoclonal antibody reactive against nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase (NNT). NNT is a mitochondrial inner membrane protein catalyzing the interconversion of NADH and NADPH within the matrix space of the organelle which has crucial roles in oxidative stress.
