Brief Description & Uses

100 µg of monoclonal antibody reactive against the 55 kDa F1F0 ATP synthase (Complex V) α subunit. This mAb has broad species cross-reactivity including animal and plant subunits. MS507 also labels the α subunit in immunocytochemical applications. Isolated mitochondria are available from several species for use as control samples.
