Brief Description & Uses

100 µg of monoclonal antibody reactive against ATP synthase (Complex V) IF1 subunit. The antibody shows in Western blotting of whole mitochondria reactivity with two bands at 10 kDa and at 18 kDa, but in isolated F1F0 only the band at 10 kDa is observed (IF1). The 18 kDa band is the subunit IV of Complex IV. Isolated mitochondria are available from several species for use as control samples. Suggested Working Concentration: 1.0 µg/ml for Western blotting
