Brief Description & Uses

100 µg of monoclonal antibody reactive against the 30 kDa Complex I (NADH dehydrogenase) subunit NDUFS3 in humans and C.elegans. This is antibody is useful in studying Complex I assembly. Purity: Near homogeneity as judged by SDS-PAGE. The antibodies were produced in vitro using hybridomas grown in serum-free medium, and then purified by biochemical fractionation.
Suggested Working Concentration: 0.5-1.0 µg/ml for Western blotting

Antigen Species Cross-Reactivity: human, bovine, mouse, rat, zebrafish, Drosophila melanogaster and C. elegans (+ weaker 60 kD band).
