Brief Description & Uses
100 µg of monoclonal antibody reactive against the 15 kDa Complex I
(NADH dehydrogenase) subunit NDUFB4. MS107 also labels in
immunocytochemical applications. Useful in studying Complex I assembly.
Isolated mitochondria are available from several species for use as
control samples. To see the complete list of control samples available
from MitoSciences, click here.
Previously, based on MW and isoelectric point on gels MS107 was
tentatively identified as likely reacting against subunit NDUFA6; mass
spectometry now confirms identification of it as subunit NDUFB4.
