Determination of Staurosporine EC50 induction of apoptosis measured by PARP-1 cleavage in HL60 cells. Suspension HL60 cells were treated with Staurosporine for 4 hours to induce apoptosis, fixed and analyzed by In-Cell ELISA PARP-1 (cleaved) Kit MSA43, which contains the component mouse monoclonal antibody (MS777) and the GAM-IR800 antibody (MS923). Signals were normalized to total cell amount in each well (Janus Green). The Staurosporine EC50 of PARP-1 cleavage is 0.41 µM.
