Brief Description & Uses

Contains a total of 200 µg or 400 µg of antibodies and is a premixed solution of 4 monoclonal antibodies against (Complex V) subunits α, OSCP, F6 along with an antibody against Complex I NDUFA9 as a control. This cocktail can be used to verify isolated Complex V purity or to conveniently determine the levels of 3 key Complex V subunits in patient cell lines relative to the control protein (Complex I NDUFA9). Alternatively all 4 mAbs (MS507, MS505, MS508 and MS111, respectively) can be bought separately at a 10% discount when all four are ordered together. The Complex V Western blotting kit MS509 contains three different mAbs reacting specifically with the α (55 kDa), OSCP (21 kDa) and Coupling Factor 6 (9 kDa) subunits of the complex respectively. A mAb against the NDUFA9 subunit of Complex I (39 kDa) is also included as a control. This mAb mixture can be used to probe the isolated ATP synthase for integrity and purity.
