Brief Description & Uses
The 96-well quantity microplate kit is used to determine the amount of Cytochrome c oxidase in a mouse sample. The COX enzyme is immunocaptured within the wells of the microplate, and the amount is determined by adding a COX specific antibody conjugated with alkaline phophatase. The quantity microplate can be performed in conjunction with the activity microplate to establish specific activity. This multiplexing microplate (MS426) is available as a separate kit. Also included are reagents and buffers to perform the activity assay.
