Brief Description & Uses

Contains a total of 200 µg or 400 µg of antibodies and is a premixed solution of 4 monoclonal antibodies against Complex III subunits Core protein 1, 25 kDa Rieske FeS, 10 kDa subunit along with an antibody against Complex V α as a control. This cocktail can be used to verify isolated Complex I purity or to conveniently determine the levels of 3 key Complex III subunits in patient cell lines relative to the control protein (Complex V α). Alternatively all 4 mAbs (MS303, MS305, MS306 and MS502, respectively) can be bought separately at a 10% discount when all four are ordered together. Also included in this kit are SDS-dissociated human heart mitochondria to use as a control for the identification of Complex III subunits on the gel system chosen for analysis
