MetaPath™ Multiplex Dipstick Arrays
MetaPath™ dipstick arrays are built on the well-established sandwich ELISA concept, whereby capture and detector antibodies are used to first immobilize and then quantitate a protein/enzyme target. Multiplex arrays extend this concept to high-throughput by striping multiple capture antibodies on each dipstick. Detector antibodies conjugated to colloidal gold are then added with the sample in one solution and wicked-up through the capture array.
