Cell Fractionation Kits

Without the need for mechanical disruption, these kits allow for the rapid and simple separation of mitochondrial, cytosolic, and nuclear fractions for use in studying the translocation of proteins into and out of mitochondria. Particularly useful in studying apoptosis and the movement of pro-apoptotic proteins such as cytochrome c and AIF.
