Figure 1. Immunoprecipitation. Using Mitosciences standard immunoprecipitation protocol, MS952 pulls down the 67 kDa CANX protein in human cultured cell lysate (Hela), but the protein band runs around 90 kDa in tris-glycine SDS-PAGE. The identity of this protein was confirmed by mass spectrometry. This gel was stained with colloidal Coomassie blue G.

Figure 2. Flow cytometry. Using Mitosciences standard flow cytometry protocol, HL60 cells were fixed with MeOH and stained with 1µg/mL CANX antibody (MS952) (blue) or an equal amount of an isotype control antibody (red) and analyzed by flow cytometry.

Figure 3. Immunocytochemistry image of MS952 stained human fibroblast. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed (4%, 20 min) and Triton X-100 permeabilized (0.1%, 15min). The cells were incubated with the antibody (6F12BE10, 5µg/ml) for 2h at room temperature or over night at 4°C. The secondary antibody was (green) Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) used at a 1/1000 dilution for 1h. 10% Goat serum was used as the blocking agent for all blocking steps. The target protein locates mainly to the endoplasmic reticulum.
