Please note that in each case the MW stated is the apparent MW as judged by SDS-PAGE, and that these do not necessarily correspond to the predicted MWs based on amino acid content. For example, when using our product MS604 MitoProfile® Total OXPHOS Rodent WB Antibody Cocktail, Complex IV subunit I has a calculated MW of ~57kD but this hydrophobic membrane protein runs "anomalously" fast on SDS-PAGE at an apparent MW of ~39kD. The apparent SDS-PAGE MWs are subject to the gel conditions so you might see some variation from our claims if you use a different gel/buffer system.
