Figure 1. Immunoprecipitation. Using Mitosciences standard immunoprecipitation protocol, MS951 pulls down the 47 kDa ENO1 protein in human liver homogenate, human cultured cell lysate (Hela), and human heart homogenate. The identity of this protein was confirmed by mass spectrometry. This gel was stained with colloidal Coomassie blue G.

Figure 2. Flow cytometry. Using Mitosciences standard flow cytometry protocol, HL60 cells were fixed with MeOH and stained with 1µg/mL ENO1 antibody (MS951) (blue) or an equal amount of an isotype control antibody (red) and analyzed by flow cytometry.

Figure 3. Immunocytochemistry image of MS951 stained human Hela cells. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed (4%, 20 min) and Triton X-100 permeabilized (0.1%, 15min). The cells were incubated with the antibody (2G2AG11BF8, 5µg/ml) for 2h at room temperature or over night at 4°C. The secondary antibody was (green) Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) used at a 1/1000 dilution for 1h. 10% Goat serum was used as the blocking agent for all blocking steps. The target protein locates mainly to the endoplasmic reticulum.
